The two new stamps you can get now on Club Penguin are Monster Mash and Scavenger Hunt. To get the Monster Mash one all you have to do is dress up in a costume that Club Penguin has been or did sell in one of the catalogs! If you don't get the stamp at first, don't give up, try different costumes. And to get the Scavenger Hunt, just DO the scavenger hunt! ;)
